Hey Volksfolk,

This is what's left of a 1303 that came to us for breaking as it was too far gone to be repaired economically.

It was originally a 1303s Limited Edition 'Big Beetle' and was gold in colour.

It's now going to become an advertising trailer for our wedding car business.

The plan is to shorten the roof in length to add a peak over the centre line.
a front with opening door/s
modern tow hitch, jockey wheel and draw bar,
paint it to match our wedding cars,
white wall tires and spare wheel matching,
Towel rail rear bumper,
Early long engine lid in fibreglass.

So if anyone is selling any of these parts get in touch.

Pity its £150ish for a bay front panel. Narrowed down it would make a good closing panel/door for the front of the trailer?

How about a beetle bonnet as the peak, and hinged up and down as the door

If it ain't broke, fix it till it is. If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem. Lack of funds is the mother of ingenuity
